Stringent demands for smaller, high-precision current sensing solutions have driven the market towards new technologies with lower resistance values. Isabellenhütte has developed a new range of precision resistors in standard sizes with resistances ranging from 1 to 6 mOhm for applications which require small and low-ohmic shunts. A milestone for the FMx shunts has been the development of the NOVENTIN resistance alloy to make it possible to realize these low-ohmic values in defined sizes.
In this webinar the FMx shunt family will be introduced for use within a wide range of industries, including the automotive and industrial market (for BLDC drive units), and also the consumer market.
